Fund Payment Methods
1. Cash Payments (Requires Prefunding) To buy funds using cash, you must first top up and prefund one of your available "parking facilities." Your order will draw directly from these balances:
- FSM Global Multi-Currency Cash Account
- FSM Global Auto-Sweep Account
- Amova Short Term Bond SGD (Formerly Nikko AM Shenton ShortTerm Bond Fund)
- Link your account:
- Go to Account Settings > Linked Payment Methods & Services > Link CPFIS Account OR Link SRS Account Details to update your investment account.
- Place your order:
- Select CPF-OA, CPF-SA, or SRS as your payment method at checkout.
- Automatic settlement:
- FSM Global will automatically handle the withdrawal with your agent bank or the CPF Board.
For CPF-SA investments, please update your CPF Account Number (usually your NRIC number) via Account Settings > Linked Payment Methods & Services > Link CPFIS Details. Once updated, you will be able to select CPFIS-SA as the payment method for eligible investments.
For CPF-OA investments, you must first open a CPF Investment Account with DBS, UOB, or OCBC (CPF agent banks). After opening the account, update the following details via Account Settings > Linked Payment Methods & Services > Link CPFIS Details:
- CPF Investment Account No. provided by your CPF agent bank
Important Note:
CPF members can only invest CPF savings in excess of the following amounts:
First S$20,000 in CPF Ordinary Account (OA)
First S$40,000 in CPF Special Account (SA)
To invest using SRS funds, you must first open an SRS account with one of the participating banks DBS, UOB, or OCBC (SRS agent banks). After opening your SRS account, please update your SRS details via Account Settings > Linked Payment Methods & Services > Link SRS Details
Once your SRS details have been successfully updated, you will be able to select SRS as the payment method for eligible investments.
Important Notes:
- Only investments eligible under the SRS scheme can be purchased using SRS funds.
- SRS investment transactions are subject to the respective bank’s processing and settlement timelines.
- Please ensure that you have sufficient available balance in your SRS account before placing your order.
Your payment will be deposited into your SGD Cash Account by default.
Name-Matching Safeguard: As a regulatory safety check, the name on your bank account must exactly match your FSM Global account name. We do not accept third-party deposits (*besides from direct relationship), so your funds cannot accidentally be credited to someone else.

You can easily find your unique "P" account number (e.g., P0123456) using any of the following methods after logging in:
Option 1 (Quickest): Look at the A/C Summary panel on the left-hand side of your main dashboard screen.
Option 2: Go to Account Settings > Account Information.
Option 3: Go to the Deposit (Top-Up Instruction) page, where your account number will be displayed alongside the payment details.
Estimated Processing Times:
- FAST / PayNow: Same day* (Processed instantly unless under system maintenance).
- Bill Payment: Next business day (If submitted before your bank's cut-off time).
- Cheque (via Post): A few business days to arrive and process.

Yes. FSM Global supports 11 foreign currencies in addition to SGD:
- USD, HKD, CNH, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, JPY, HKD, NZD, and CHF.
How to deposit foreign currencies:
You do not need to submit a deposit order manually. All incoming foreign currency transfers are automatically detected and credited directly into your respective multi-currency cash account.
- Log in to your FSM Global account.
- Go to Cash Solutions > Deposit (Top-up Instructions).
- Select your desired foreign currency to view the Telegraphic Transfer (TT) bank details and instructions.
Important Reminders:
Payment Reference: You must include your FSM Global Account Number (e.g., P0123456) in the bank's transaction reference field to avoid processing delays.
Bank Charges: The payer must bear all applicable bank intermediary and remittance fees.
Name Matching: The name on your sending bank account must exactly match your FSM Global account name.
We do not accept cheques in any other foreign currencies for fund purchases or account deposits.
Alternative Option:
If you wish to fund your account or invest using other foreign currencies (such as HKD, AUD, GBP, EUR, etc.), please use Telegraphic Transfer (TT) instead. You can find the specific TT bank details by logging into your dashboard and navigating to Cash Solutions > Deposit (Top-up Instructions).
Note for USD Cheques: The cheque must be from a Singapore-based bank branch (e.g., DBS, OCBC, UOB, HSBC Singapore) so that it can be processed through the local clearing system. Overseas bank cheques cannot be accepted.
