Account Reactivation
If your account is suspended due to inactivity, you will not be able to log in or access it. To reactivate, use SingPass MyInfo or submit the form to clienthelp@fundsupermart.com.
Note: MyInfo reactivation is available for personal dormant accounts only. Beneficiary accounts require manual form submission.

- Only for Personal dormant accounts
- Only for Singaporeans and PRs
- Instant approval if all details are accurate and complete
- Some accounts may require additional review before reactivation

- For Personal or Beneficiary dormant accounts
- Download and fill in the form
- Email form with supporting documents to clienthelp@fundsupermart.com
- Approval will be completed within 1-2 business days
