Phishing Scam
Phishing (pronounced ‘fishing’):
An act or attempt to scam the user
Victims would key in their online username and password into a fake website or app

Spyware or Malware
Unauthorised software that gathers and reports information about a user without your knowledge or consent
Typically disguised as a hidden software program
Stay vigilant and do regular checks on your phone or computer

Avoid SMS fraud from unauthorised sources

How to assess the legitimacy of calls, emails and text messages from FSM Global
FSM’s Email Address
All official emails from FSM Global will be sent from addresses ending with “@fundsupermart.com”.
They will not be sent from personal email accounts such as Hotmail, Gmail, or other unfamiliar email domains.
Our new URL is FSM.Global
As we transition from Fundsupermart.com, FSMOne.com to FSM Global, you may see a mix of branding across our communications, including different logos and references to FSMOne.com.
During this period:
- Official emails will continue to be sent from our verified domain: @fundsupermart.com
- You may see either FSMOne or FSM Global branding in email logos and content
- This is part of our ongoing brand transition and does not affect the authenticity of the communication
Do not share your personal details
Don’t provide your log-in ID, password or OTPs (One-Time Passwords received via SMS) to anyone and key these into unverified webpages. OTPs are maybe requested when you call our official dealing line to verify your request.
Unexpected prizes
We also do not initiate any text messages asking you to claim a prize or to do a survey.
Note: FSM Global conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey which will be sent via our official email.

We do not include links in SMS. For OTP usage, our registered SMS Sender ID is 【FSMOne】. +86 numbers will receive 【奕丰财富】or【美科鸿霆】.
No Automated Voice Calls
We do not initiate automated voice calls and our primary language of communication is English.
What to do if you’ve been a victim of fraud
Lodge a police report if you suspect you are a victim of a scam.
Report any suspicious text message to ScamAlert.sg to learn more about scams and how to avoid falling prey to them.
Your report matters. It helps stop scams and alert people about them.
