At first glance, these emails looked completely legitimate.
The emails used FSM official logo, matched FSM brand colours, featured a clean professional layout, and carried an urgent, serious tone.
Even experienced users could easily have been convinced they were genuine.
But importantly, these emails did not come from us. They are sophisticated phishing attempts designed to steal your login credentials.
What the Scam Typically Looks Like
The email may claim:
- “Unusual login detected.”
- “Your account requires immediate verification.”
- “Action required to prevent suspension.”
It urges you to click a link to “secure” or “verify” your account.
That link leads to a fake website that closely mimics the real FSM platform.
If you enter your Login ID and password, the scammers capture them. They may then attempt to trick you into providing your OTP (One-Time Password) to gain full control of your account — and potentially carry out unauthorised transactions.

Why These Emails Are Dangerous
Modern phishing emails have become highly convincing.
They often:
Look clean and professionally designed
Contain almost no spelling or grammar errors
Use formal, legitimate-sounding language
Create a strong sense of urgency to pressure quick action
Because they appear so realistic, even cautious people can lower their guard, exactly what scammers count on.

How to Protect Yourself
Always remember:
- FSMOne will never ask for your password or OTP via email.
- Never click login or verification links in unsolicited emails.
- Always access your account by typing the official website address directly into your browser.
- When in doubt, contact us only through our official customer service channels
When it comes to your investments and personal data, pause before you click. A few extra seconds of caution can prevent significant loss.
If you have already clicked a suspicious link or entered details
Act immediately:
1. Change your FSM password right away
2. Contact FSM customer support as soon as possible
3. Closely monitor your account for any unusual activity.
The quicker you act, the better we can help secure your account.
Online scams continue to evolve, but security is strongest when we work together.
Stay alert. Stay cautious. When in doubt, always verify first.
