We will rebate from 30% to 45% of total commissions that we receive from the insurer with respect to your insurance policy to you. We will give rebate to you for as long as we continue to receive commission from insurer. Please refer here for the rebate rate based on the account tier.

For the avoidance of doubt, total commissions refers to the basic (agent) and overriding (manager) commissions that insurers pay out upon successful inception of an insurance policy.
The commission rebate will be accrued and paid out to your FSMOne cash account 3 months after inception or payment of your insurance policy as long as we receive the commission from the insurers. Only insurance policies where premiums are paid for in cash mode will be eligible for commission rebate.

Shield plans, Eldershield and and CareShield Life supplements, or any other policies purchased using CPF Medisave, are excluded from commission rebate. The cash portion of these policies will be eligible for commission rebate. Rebates for Raffles Shield plans will only be given for Raffles Shield riders.

General insurance, online direct purchase insurance, China Taiping, FWD, HSBC Life, and Manulife policies are excluded from commission rebates.

Purchase of iFAST Digital Term is eligible for commission rebates.

In addition to the unlikely event that you terminate your policy prematurely before the policy anniversary year, FSMOne Insurance may not rebate the commission to you in view of any commission clawbacks imposed upon us by the insurers, if any. FSMOne reserves the right to perform a clawback for any rebates already paid out for this lapsed/terminated policy.

No, general insurance (e.g. travel, home content, fire, motor, pet, personal accident) and online direct purchase insurance are excluded from commission rebates.

An exception is iFAST Digital Term which will be eligible for commission rebates.

You do not have to pay a service fee as we retain part of the commission for the services once the policy is approved.

Your policy documents will be sent directly from the insurer to you, and you may also log in to your insurer’s client login to access the most updated policy information.

For iFAST Digital Term, you will not receive any physical documents. You may view the details of your iFAST Digital Term purchased under your account summary (Login > Account Summary > Protection).

For the same product, whether bought with FSMOne or directly from the insurance company, there will be no difference with regards to the benefits, coverage or premium offered.

One difference is that, you will enjoy a 30% to 45% rebate on the total commission that we receive from your policy insurer.

You can see a brief overview of your life insurance policy details under:

Website > Account Summary > Protection or
Mobile App > Holdings > Insurance Holdings

We will update this information after we receive the details of your policy inception. Please note that this summary is based on the information provided by the insurer at the point of policy inception. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to your policy documents or log in to the respective insurer’s login.

Yes, you can approach us for any enquiry, administrative requirements or actions required pertaining to the insurance policies bought through us where we will submit instructions on your behalf to the insurance company.

Alternatively, you may also contact the insurance company directly.
