Corporate Action
Per our Investment Account Terms & Conditions, we are not obliged to make available, all or any notices, proxies and proxy soliciting materials in relation to the shares that a customer holds with us.
For Stocks/ETFs bought using CPFIS-OA/SRS account, corporate actions (eg. dividend, stock splits, rights issues, bonus issues etc) will be handled by your respective agent bank. You may wish to check with your agent bank for more details.
For mandatory events (e.g., dividend payouts), no action is needed. You will be notified once FSMOne has received the payout from the share company.
Please ensure you follow the deadline and instructions given, as late or incorrect submissions cannot be processed.
If you are an Entitled Shareholder:
- We will notify you via email once we receive the entitlement details from CDP.
- You can submit your subscription via My Account > Corporate Action.
- Please ensure your Cash Account has sufficient balance for the subscription.
- You will not receive an email notification.
- Please inform us by phone (6557 2853) or email (clienthelp@fundsupermart.com) at least 3–5 business days before the official closing date.
- Ensure your Cash Account has sufficient balance for the subscription.
Only your Cash Account can be used; the Auto-Sweep Account is not available for subscriptions.
Any shortfall will cause the entire subscription to fail.
If you wish to apply for excess subscription, you must indicate the total units (entitled + excess) in your application. Please note that excess allocation is not guaranteed.
For Stocks/ETFs bought using CPFIS-OA / SRS
Your agent bank will notify you of any Rights Issue or Preferential Offering entitlement. Please check directly with your agent bank for their subscription process.
The dividend will be credited to your account after iFAST received it, which typically takes around 2-3 business days.
Cash Dividend
The cash dividend are paid out based on the default declared currency only. Optional currencies are not available on our platform.
If you did not opt into Auto-Sweep Account, the cash proceeds will be credited into your respective currency cash account, after payment date or upon confirmation of receipt of payment from the custodian (whichever is later).
If you have opted into Auto-Sweep Account, your cash dividend will be invested into your Auto-Sweep Account ONE business days after you received it in your Cash Account.
Scrip dividends
The shares will be credited into your holdings and reflected in your account after the stipulated date. As such, you can only sell these shares after they have been credited into your account
For Stocks/ETFs bought using CPFIS-OA/SRS account, your agent bank will credit the cash dividend directly to the CPFIS-OA/SRS account respectively.

iFAST does not participate in other foreign Exchanges (e.g. HKEX, China A-Shares, NASDAQ, NYSE, AMEX, BATS, LSE, Bursa) Shareholders' Meetings, and does not provide voting service for these Exchanges.
You may appoint a proxy to attend the physical meeting on your behalf. Please note that each account holder may appoint only one (1) proxy or a maximum of two (2) proxies, depending on the meeting’s requirements.
To register, please email us the proxy details including full name, email address, mobile number, and your FSM account number for our further processing.
Registration to attend Shareholders’ Meetings (AGM/EGM) is subject to availability, the record date of your shareholdings, and other relevant conditions.
Upon receiving your request to attend the Shareholders’ Meetings, FSMOne will submit your request to the company and you will receive an email on the outcome of the request.
Please go to My Account > Corporate Action and click on ‘View/Edit’ to view your registration details.
To amend or cancel your registration before the registration deadline, you can do it under My Account > Corporate Action.
Yes, you will receive notifications via email upon:
- Registration received by FSMOne
- Cancellation received by FSMOne
- Outcome for the request to attend the Shareholders’ Meetings
Please bring along the attendance confirmation sent to you via email and your NRIC or Passport (as per details given during registration) for verification on the day of the Shareholders’ meeting.
Please note that only the registered shareholder or the appointed proxy will be allowed to enter the meeting venue.
The dividend/corporate action fees differ for each exchange and currency invested. please refer to our pricing structure.
To sell off the rights entitlements, key in the rights stock code, Sell and CPFIS-OA or SRS as payment method.
Unless otherwise indicated, you will not be able to use your CPFIS-OA/SRS funds to purchase rights entitlements from the secondary market.
