A bond is a debt security on which the issuer (governments or corporations) makes regular interest payments to the bondholder on specified dates, and repays the principal to the bondholder on the maturity date.
You may go to Bonds > Bond School to understand more Bonds and the commonly used jargons.
We are a licensed custodian, dealer and financial adviser. On behalf of our clients, we transact with other dealers and brokers in the bond market, and from time to time, we may also sell bonds directly (as principal) to our clients.

2. Secondary Bond Market
After the bonds have been sold in the primary market, they can be traded in the secondary market. The secondary market may be the exchange where the bond is listed (for retail bond issues), or the over-the-counter (OTC) market.
