Two Factor Authentication (2FA) - Digital Token / Trusted Device

Step 1: Login to your account at FSM Global and choose "Login with Digital Token" as 2FA OTP authentication method.
Step 2: Click on “Authenticate Now”.
Step 3: Launch the FSM Mobile App on your device. A push notification will be sent to your device.
Please verify the 6-digit code before you proceed to authorise. Once verified, you will be able to login successfully.

In the event that you do not receive any push notification, you can authenticate your transaction manually with an OTP generated from Digital Token by taking the following steps:

  • Tap on Menu > Digital Token on your FSM Mobile App.
  • Tap “Generate 6-Digit Pin” to generate a 6 digit OTP.
  • Enter the 6 digit OTP as required.
