Subscription is simple. To subscribe to a portfolio, please go to Managed Portfolios on the menu bar, click “Invest Now” and follow the subsequent instructions. You may also place an order by going to Transact > Managed Portfolios on the red menu bar after login.

The MAPS portfolios are only available for cash subscription.

Yes, you can invest in more than one MAPS portfolio per account.

You can subscribe to the MAPS portfolios on any day and at any time. Do note the cut-off time below if you want to ensure your order is processed on the same business day.

MAPS Portfolio Cut Off Time
The cut off time to process an online order is 3pm (Singapore time) on any business day. Orders placed online on or after 3pm on a business day will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on a non-business day will be processed on the next business day.

Yes, the minimum lump-sum investment amount is SGD 500.
The subsequent minimum investment amount and Regular Savings Plans start from SGD 100.

You will receive an email notification once FSM Global has received your MAPS order. When the order is successfully transacted, a confirmation note will also be available in your FSM Global Inbox.

For sell orders, the initial email will show an estimated redemption amount. Please note that this is not the final redemption amount. Once the redemption process is fully completed, you will receive a final completion email containing the confirmed redemption amount.

All MAPS portfolio subscription order will be completed after four business days (T+4) of the day they are transacted. Once the transaction cycles are completed, your subscribed units will appear in your holdings page. All units are priced on the Transaction date (T).

The final redemption amount for your MAPS sell order will be determined on the settlement date, which is typically Transaction Date (T) + 10 business days from the date the sell order was placed.

This timeline is due to the MAPS portfolio comprising multiple underlying funds and ETFs, each requiring different processing times before the total redemption amount can be finalized.

Once the redemption process is complete, you will receive a completion email from FSM Global containing the final redemption amount for your MAPS investment.

Generally, the sell order for MAPS portfolio will be completed within T (Transaction Date) + 10 business days. Once it is completed, you will receive an email from us and the proceeds will be paid as below:

By default or If you have not opted into Auto-Sweep Account:

• The proceeds will be credited into your FSM Global Cash Account on the sell settlement date before 2.30pm.

If you opted into the Auto-Sweep Account:

• The proceeds will be available in SGD Auto-Sweep Account on sell completion date + 1 business day, before 2.30 pm.

Yes, you can view the units, profit and loss of your FSM Global portfolios at My Account > Investment Holdings > Managed Portfolios > Click "Details" under "More Action" in the page.

There are 2 rounds of MAPS portfolio processing on 1:30pm and 3:00pm. As long as you meet these cut off time, you are able to void the order by going to My Account > Pending/Processing Transaction.

No. Your MAPS portfolio consists of a combination of funds and ETFs in order to achieve your optimal asset allocation. By selling individual funds or ETFs, this optimal asset allocation will be changed, thus making future rebalancing not possible.

Yes, partial redemptions can be made provided the minimum redemption amount and mnimum holding for the various portfolios are met.

You can redeem your MAPS portfolio at any time once your outstanding subscription orders are completed. We regret that redemption or subscription is not allowed for any MAPS portfolio that is currently undergoing a transaction, including rebalancing actions. The redemption order can only be placed once all subscription orders or rebalancing actions are completed.

To place a partial redemption for MAPS portfolio, please go to Transact > Managed Portfolios > Sell/Switch, and select the respective MAPS portfolio you’d like to partially redeem. Partial redemption requests submitted before 3pm on a business day will be processed on the same day. Partial redemption request received after 3pm on a business day or on a non-business day will be transacted on the next business day.

Yes. The minimum monthly investment amount is SGD 100. The contribution date for Regular Savings Plan (RSP) will be on the 8th of every month if it is a business day. Otherwise, the transaction date will be the next business day.

Yes. You can change or terminate your MAPS RSP instructions (inclusive monthly contribution suspension/resume) in My Account > Regular Savings Plan > click on "Edit".

Please note the below RSP application, amendment and termination freezing period:

RSP via DDA (GIRO) Freezing Period
Any application, amendment or termination instruction received between 13th to 26th of the month will take effect immediately. Instruction received between 27th to 12th of the following month will take effect in the following month.

RSP via Cash Solutions Freezing Period
Any application, amendment or termination instruction received before 8th of the month will be processed and effective immediately. Instruction received after 8th of the month will be effective in the following month.

Investors who have subscribed to MAPS portfolio – Income series portfolios and have not terminated before the dividend announcement date will be eligible to the dividend distribution.

Subject to the portfolio manager’s discretion, dividends will be declared quarterly normally within the first week of the next month of each quarter end and will be paid accordingly into your Cash Account. While it is not the intention of the portfolio manager to pay distributions from capital, distributions may be paid out of capital, which represents a return or withdrawal of part of the amount an investor originally invested or from any capital gains attributable to that original investment. Any payments of distributions by the portfolio may result in an immediate decrease in the portfolio value.

MAPS portfolio dividends are determined based on portfolio value in each quarter end and will be distributed in the form of cash. As dividend pay-out may involve in redemption of funds and currency conversion, the actual amount of dividends may deviate from the dividend yield indicated by the investment committee.
