iFAST Digital Term
iFAST Digital Term is a group term insurance policy. This means that iFAST is the master policyowner, and our members who choose to be insured are the insured members of this policy.
This plan is available for those between the ages of 18 to 65, and is renewable up to age 70.

Individuals must be an existing FSMOne client, with a Personal Account, to purchase. Other eligibility conditions are:
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident
- Age between 18 to 65 on an age last birthday basis

iFAST Digital Term is a term plan that offers coverage for death and terminal illness. We also have 4 riders that you may choose to add-on to further enhance your coverage. Our riders are:
- Total Permanent Disability (TPD)
- Cancer360 (an additional basis rider covering for all stages of cancer)
- Cancer plus (an additional basis rider covering for late stage cancer)
- Hospital cash (this is a hospital income benefit where you get cash in the event of hospitalisation)
iFAST Digital Term do not come with a 14 days free look period. In the event of a policy cancellation, no refunds will be given.
To cancel your iFAST Digital Term, go to Account Summary > Protection > View Policy Detail > Cancel My Policy.
Upon cancellation of your iFAST Digital Term, you will continue to enjoy coverage until the end of your policy term. No refunds will be given in the event of a policy cancellation.
To cancel your plan, go to Account Summary > Protection > View Policy Detail > Cancel My Policy.
A copy of the policy wording is available on FSMOne. This can be accessed via Account Summary > Protection > View Policy Detail > View Policy Wording.
To download the copy of your Certificate of Insurance (COI), please login to Raffles Health Insurance’s (RHI) MediAccess via Account Summary > Protection > View Policy Detail > View My Policy.
Payment for iFAST Digital Term can be made with your FSM Cash Account. You must have sufficient monies in your FSM Cash Account to sign up.
You will not be able to pay for your iFAST Digital Term with your CPF/SRS monies.
Please refer to question No. 7 about policy cancellation.
Alternatively, MediAccess may also be accessed via FSMOne website at Account Summary > Protection > View Policy Detail > Make a Claim.
You may also contact RHI’s claims team directly. Communications and payment regarding claims will be done directly between you and the insurer (RHI).
There is no grace period for iFAST Digital Term, and premiums must be paid by the second scheduled premium deduction (7 days before renewal date) in order for coverage to be renewed successfully.
If the second premium deduction is unsuccessful, the policy will terminate.
You may purchase multiple iFAST Digital Term policies but the total sum assured across all your policies must be aggregated to the individual sum assured limits
Maximum sum assured limit of up to S$1 million for those age 55 and below, and up to S$250,000 for age 56 and above.
Yes. To purchase more than S$300,000 coverage for Cancer Plus, you will have to declare your latest annual income in the field provided.
Note that while this is on a self-declaration basis, RHI has the right to follow up to seek proof of income if required.
Kindly ensure your account maintains a sufficient balance to cover the deduction or else your policy will terminate in the event that both deductions are unsuccessful.
