Forget Password & Update Account
To change/view: Log in > Account Settings > Account Login, Password and Digital Token.
- Click here > enter your User ID and Postal Code > Submit.
- Enter a new password and confirm it.
- Click “Receive OTP via SMS” or “Receive OTP via Email.”
- Enter the 6-digit OTP. Your new password is effective immediately.
- Click here > enter your User ID and Postal Code > Submit.
- Select “Authenticate with Digital Token.”
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Open the FSM app > Menu > Digital Token.
- Enter the 8-digit pin and tap Confirm to update your password.
Registered 2FA or Digital Token: You can reset immediately online (see Q1).
Without 2FA: The new password will be mailed to you: ~4 business days locally, 2–3 weeks overseas.
If you need to transact urgently but you have forgotten your password to login, please proceed to our office personally with your original NRIC and we will assist you accordingly.

For account opening approved before 28th Nov 2020, an activation code will be sent to your mailing address in the form of pin-mailer. You will need to enter the activation code for your first time login.
- Log in to your account > Account Settings page to update.
- Log in > Account Settings > Account Information, or
- Submit the completed Update Address form with supporting documents to clienthelp@fundsupermart.com.
- Residential address must match your NRIC. Upload NRIC images showing the latest address.
- If residential and mailing addresses differ, provide an additional supporting document (dated within 3 months) showing your full name, mailing address.
- For minor account holders, upload the latest NRIC images of one parent as supporting documentation.
*You can also select the beneficiary account to update information for the beneficiary holder.
You can update both by logging into your account:
Account Settings > Account Update > Account Login, Password and Digital Token.
Changes will take effect immediately.
There are some restrictions for U.S. and Irish Citizen/Residents. Those restrictions will apply once the address has been updated into a U.S. or Ireland address.
U.S. Citizens / Residents:
All the funds listed in Singapore have restrictions for U.S. Citizens / Residents.
Irish Residents:
Irish Residents are restricted to invest into Legg Mason Value Fund.
Canada Citizens / Residents:
Canada Citizens or Residents are restricted to invest into FTIF-Templeton Glb Total Ret A(mdis) SGD-H1 Fund.
Remarks: The above restrictions will also apply if the beneficiary account holder of your Beneficiary Account is the respective Citizen or Resident.
You may update the email address and/or mobile number by the following steps:
If you have registered Digital Token with your FSM Mobile apps
1. Go to Account Settings > "Email / Contact Number (Token Required)"
2. Click on "Update" to input the latest email address or mobile number and click "Save changes".
3. Complete the authentication by using your registered Digital Token. The changes will be effective immediately.
If you have not registered Digital Token
1. Download Update Contact Details form.
2. Email it to clienthelp@fundsupermart.com and the update request will take 1-2 business days to process.
Note: For update of email address, an email with a verification link will be sent to your new email address. Please click on the link in order to complete the verification process. Otherwise, we will still retain your exiting email address.

App: Menu > Account Settings > Account Updates > Bank / CPF / SRS Details
*Update your bank account details here. Withdrawal proceeds will be credited to the bank account you provide.
*For foreign currency bank accounts, please update the details under Telegraphic Transfer (TT) Instructions.
*Update will take immediate effect.
You can view or update your CPF Investment Scheme (CPFIS), and Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) account details through the following:
Website: Account Settings > Link SRS Accounts or Link CPFIS Account
App: Menu > Activated Products > Services > Supplementary Retirement Scheme Account (SRS) or CPF Investment Scheme Account (CPFIS) > + CPF/SRS
For CPFIS:
1. For CPFIS-SA Key in your NRIC number in the CPF Account No column.
2. For CPFIS-OA choose the name of Agent Bank.
3. Key in CPF Investment Account number provided by your CPF agent bank.
For SRS:
1. Please choose your SRS Operator.
2. Key in SRS Account number provided by your SRS agent bank.
Please click on ‘Save Changes’ button after updating, and, it will be effective immediately.
Kindly attach the relevant supporting documents (e.g. NRIC or passport copy) for verification. Updates will be processed upon successful verification of the documents.
