Option 1: You have registered SMS OTP mobile number or verified email)
  1. Click here > enter your User ID and Postal Code > Submit.
  2. Enter a new password and confirm it.
  3. Click “Receive OTP via SMS” or “Receive OTP via Email.”
  4. Enter the 6-digit OTP. Your new password is effective immediately.
Option 2: You have set up a Digital Token on your mobile device
  1. Click here > enter your User ID and Postal Code > Submit.
  2. Select “Authenticate with Digital Token.”
  3. Enter and confirm your new password.
  4. Open the FSM app > Menu > Digital Token.
  5. Enter the 8-digit pin and tap Confirm to update your password.
*If your mailing address does not have a postal code, please enter “NA” in the postal code field when resetting your password.
