Please refer to the steps below to clear your browser caches and cookies, close the browser, reopen and try again.

Internet Explorer:

1. Go to Tools > Internet Option
2. Under Browsing History, click on "Delete"
3. Check on Temporary Internet files, Cookies, History* and InPrivate Filtering Data
4. History*: this is optional whether you wish to remove the websites that you have visited earlier.
5. Click "Delete"

Mozilla Firefox:

1. Go to Tools > Options
2. Go to Privacy
3. Click on ‘clear your recent history’ under History.
4. Check on Browsing & downloaded history, Cookies and Cache.
5. Click "Clear Now"

Google Chrome:

1. Go to Customise and control Google Chrome.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click ‘Clear Browsing data’ under Privacy.
4. Check on Browsing History, Cookies and other site and plug-in data, Cached images and files.
5. In "Obliterate the following items from", select "the beginning of time".
6. Click "Clear Browsing Data"

Safari:

1. Go to Safari > Preferences
2. Click "Privacy".
3. Click "Remove All Website Data".
4. Click "Remove Now".

In the event of an online trading system failure, our technical team will work to restore the system immediately and assess within the first hour whether it will take more than 2 hours to resolve.

If it is determined that the system cannot be restored within 2 hours of discovering the failure, we will notify all FSM Global customers of the technical difficulties on our website.

Once the online trading system is restored, we will promptly inform all FSM Global customers.

Due to security reason, FSM Mobile App is not accessible using jailbroken and/or rooted mobile devices. This is a security precaution to safeguard your accounts from any security compromises. As such, we strongly encourage you to verify that your devices are not jailbroken or not rooted in order to use FSM Mobile App. Alternatively, you can access your accounts online via FSM Global website.

Consult your device’s service centre on how to revolve your device issue.

The application may require strong internet connection and you may experience slow loading in areas with low network coverage. If this problem persists you should contact your mobile data subscriber or check your Wi-Fi connection.

You can be disconnected when you have more than one trading session. Possible reasons include:
• You have open another tab/window with Stocks & ETFs trading page
• You have logged into Stocks & ETFs trading page using another application (e.g. Mobile App).
