Security and Safety (Insurance)
The insurance company is the underwriter for the insurance policy that you have purchased. You will not need to worry that the insurance policy that you had bought through us will be terminated or cease to provide coverage as stated in the contract.
In the unlikely event that iFAST Financial Pte Ltd closes down, you may still proceed directly to the insurance company for your policy to be serviced.
iFAST do not send out physical statements for your insurance policy. Your records (including those from iFAST Digital Term) are saved with iFAST and the insurer that insures you.
Additionally, you will receive an email from iFAST upon inception of your iFAST Digital Term policy.
The records of your proposal policy details are kept in data centres. You can be assured that your records will be safely stored.
