Forget Password & Update Account

You may update the email address and/or mobile number by the following steps:

If you have registered Digital Token with your FSM Mobile apps
1. Go to Account Settings > "Email / Contact Number (Token Required)"
2. Click on "Update" to input the latest email address or mobile number and click "Save changes".
3. Complete the authentication by using your registered Digital Token. The changes will be effective immediately.

If you have not registered Digital Token
1. Download Update Contact Details form.
2. Email it to clienthelp@fundsupermart.com and the update request will take 1-2 business days to process.

Note: For update of email address, an email with a verification link will be sent to your new email address. Please click on the link in order to complete the verification process. Otherwise, we will still retain your exiting email address.
