The FSM Global Rewards Programme is our way of rewarding all our investors! Accumulate Rewards points for each and every cash investment you make on the FSM Global platform as well as simply holding your cash investment portfolio with us! All FSM Global Singapore customers with an active investment account (personal / beneficiary / corporate) are eligible to participate in the FSM Global Rewards Programme.

Depending on the amount of investments with FSM Global, reward points are calculated based on the following criteria:

Rewards Points are not applicable to all Cash Solutions (eg. Cash Account, Auto Sweep Account), CPFIS-OA, CPFIS-SA, SRS transactions / holdings. 

If you are an FSM Global 'Silver', 'Gold' or 'Diamond' investor, you get to earn an additional 10%, 20% and 30% respectively on top of your standard Rewards Points.

Your account tier status (Ruby, Silver, Gold, or Diamond) is determined based on your current holdings value, calculated using the higher of market value or investment cost.

Holdings include Cash Solutions, Unit Trusts (Cash/CPF/SRS), Bonds, MAPS, and Stocks/ETFs across all FSM Global accounts under the same NRIC/Passport.

Your account tier is determined based on your end-of-day Assets Under Administration (AUA), calculated using the higher of market value or investment cost. Once your account status is upgraded, it will be reviewed again after 3 months.

A downgrade will only occur if, at the point of review, both the market value and investment cost fall below the required AUA threshold. This means that short-term market fluctuations will not result in an immediate downgrade, as the investment cost remains unchanged.

Please note that qualifying AUA excludes any transactions that are still pending or incomplete.

Transaction-based and holdings-based Rewards Points will be calculated on a monthly basis and cut off on the last day of the calendar month. It will then be credited on the 6th calendar day each month. For example, Rewards Points credited on 6 July will be based on calculations from 1 June to 30 June. For investments denominated in non-SGD currency, the foreign exchange rate on the date of calculation will be used.

Rewards Points awarded from promotions will be calculated and credited according to the respective promotion’s Terms and Conditions.

You will be entitled to 1,000 FSM Rewards Points if, during your birthday month, you meet either of the following criteria:

Achieve a minimum NETT transaction amount of SGD 1,000 by month-end in at least one of the following product categories:

• Unit Trust (including Regular Savings Plan)
• MAPS (including Regular Savings Plan)
• Bonds (buy or sell)
• Stocks (buy or sell)
• First ETF transaction

FSM Global Debit Card Spending
Spend at least SGD 500 on your FSM Global Debit Card during your birthday month.

*All qualifying transactions and spending will be assessed based on the NETT transaction amount as at the end of your birthday month.
*Switching, CPFIS-OA, CPFIS-SA and SRS transactions will not be entitle for the birthday rewards.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, your 1,000 FSM Rewards Points will be credited in the month following your birthday month.

Example: If your birthday falls in June and you fulfil the qualifying criteria during June, the points will be credited in July, subject to verification of eligibility.

The FSM Global Singapore Rewards Statement is issued on the 5th of each month and summarises the reward points you have earned and upcoming expiry.

• CRPN refers to transaction-based points (e.g. points earned from your investment transactions).
• CRPA refers to holdings-based points (e.g. points earned from maintaining eligible investments).

Please note that the points reflected in the statement are based on an earlier accrual period, not the immediate past month.

For example, the March statement reflects points earned in January from both transactions and holdings.

Reward points expire two years from their credit date. However, points accumulated while you maintain Gold or Diamond status will not expire during this period. If your account tier is downgraded to Silver or Ruby, the expiry will then be applied based on the original credit date and reflected according to the system’s expiry schedule.

Expired reward points will be forfeited and removed from your account. It cannot be reinstated.

1. Log in to your FSM Global account and go to My Account > Rewards.
2. Select your desired item and enter the quantity.
3. Click “Redeem Now” or “Add to Cart” to continue selecting items.
4. Proceed to checkout via “Redeem Now” or the cart icon.

At checkout, tick the acknowledgement box and enter your password to confirm. A confirmation will be sent to your email and FSM inbox upon successful redemption.

Note:
Redemption orders cannot be cancelled or amended once submitted.

You can use your Rewards Points to redeem Bonus Units of a wide range of selected Unit Trusts (subject to meeting the CKA requirements), e-gift vouchers, market data services which will enhance your Stock/ETF trading experience, and donations to selected charity organisations.

Upon login, you can check the available Rewards Points and view the catalogue by going to My Account > Rewards. You can choose to view the entire catalogue, browse the different categories by clicking on the category tab, or simply search by the number of points you have accumulated.

Once your redemption is successful, you will receive the gift voucher link in your FSM Inbox. Click on the link to access the voucher via our voucher provider’s platform.

You can use the gift voucher either online or in-store by presenting or scanning the voucher code at the point of payment. Please refer to the voucher provider’s terms and conditions for usage details and expiry.

Gift vouchers are provided via the Giftano platform.
By redeeming gift vouchers, you agree to Giftano’s terms and conditions. FSM and iFAST are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the Giftano platform.

• Unit Trust: Processing takes 2–4 weeks. You will receive notifications via email and FSM Inbox when the request is being processed and once the units are credited.
• Market Data Services: Subscriptions are activated based on your selected start date, regardless of trading hours. Access will be available when the market opens on the next applicable trading day.
• Gift Vouchers: Redemption is instant. You will receive a confirmation email, and the voucher link will be sent to your FSM Inbox (not email). Please note the expiry date expired vouchers will not be replaced or reinstated.

Note:

• Subscriptions made after midnight will be activated on the next calendar day.
• All subscriptions/ redemption are non-refundable.

Limited offer items may appear on our rewards catalogue in limited quantity for a limited time only and are made available on a “While Stocks Last” basis.

These items will be labelled: 'Limited Offer' and the counter of the remaining quantity of these items will be indicated next to the name of the items.

Example: (96/100), this means that 100 investors will be able to redeem McDonald's Singapore $1 Vouchers at a discounted rate of 300 points instead of the usual 600 points and 96 more vouchers left to be redeemed. If it indicates (0/100), it just means that this offer has been fully redeemed and you may have to wait for other offers.

Limited items at lower denominations such as NTUC, CapitaMall, etc. vouchers tend to be popular and limited in supply, hence FSM Global seek your kind understanding that items in this category are limited in quantity per NRIC/Passport. Please refer to the item’s description at the point of redemption.

Donations made to Community Chest are tax deductible, and the deduction will be automatically included in your tax assessment submitted on your behalf by the charity organisation. This means that you will not need the tax-deductible receipts when submitting your annual tax assessment forms but as a record you will receive a receipt from Community Chest for your retention. You should receive this receipt by the end of every quarter of the year. Please inform us if you do not receive this within 6 months.

Once a redemption request has been submitted online, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

Yes. Reward points earned across all your FSM Global accounts are combined before being credited to you. The total points shown on the Rewards page reflect the combined amount from all your accounts.
Points are credited monthly, and you can view the details under My Account > Rewards.

No, cash top-ups are not allowed. You may accumulate more points through your investments, which will be credited in the following month.

Under the CPFIS (CPF Investment Scheme), any gifts-in-kind or rebates must be converted to cash or bonus units, which must then be refunded back to your account (CPF-OA or CPF-SA). We have also treated SRS payment mode in the same manner. For administrative purposes, the computation only looks at cash holdings.
