Users with an outdated iOS/Android version will not see the update option in their respective mobile stores. Please ensure that your phone meets the minimum system requirements for a secured investing experience and compliance to the latest regulatory requirements.

If you have already been using the FSM Digital Token, you can continue to use it as per normal.

You can now connect more devices with the enhanced digital token, up to a maximum of 5 devices per account.

If you have not tried the FSM Digital Token, please download the latest FSM Mobile app, and set up your device as a digital token for 2FA.

If you face any issues with the updated FSM Mobile app, please try to uninstall and reinstall the mobile application, and proceed to setup the FSM Digital Token again (You will need access to your 2FA mobile phone number to perform a one-time setup).

The login / transaction biometric feature makes investing at FSM Global even faster to verify your identity using your mobile device’s biometric scanner.

To set up on your FSM Mobile App:

Login to your account > FSM Mobile App Menu > Settings > Turn on Biometric Login
Login to your account > FSM Mobile App Menu > Settings > Turn on Biometric Transaction

FSM Mobile version 5 or higher supports the session time-out duration for your FSM Mobile App account login; however, your account login may be disconnected when you have multiple sessions detected.

For security reasons, we will automatically end your login session on the following applications when there is no activity:

• You may be disconnected when you have more than one Live Trading session.
• Other active sessions are detected.
• You have opened another tab/window with Live Trading.
• You have logged in using another application (e.g. Mobile App).
• For the FSM Mobile App Version 5.0.0 released after 18 July 2020, the default session time-out setting will be 30 minutes. You can change your preferred time-out period, e.g. to up to 2 hours, using Menu > Settings > Session Timeout

If you are too used to the older version of FSM Mobile and wish to continue using it, you can still download the old app renamed as FSM Mobile (Old) from the Google Play store for Android Device Users.

FSM Mobile (Old) is not available for Apple AppStore as this is subjected by Apple's guidelines

This alternative version will continue to receive bug fixes and security patches, though new features introduced in the new "FSM Mobile - Invest Globally" app released on 18 July 2020 will not be available in this old app.

You can continue to view your account information and holdings as per normal. However, if you have installed and used the new app, we would advise you to not switch back to this old app version, as there are new services and features in the new app that are not supported in the old app.

Do note that switching between the new and old FSM Mobile app may potentially cause issues in your trade placements and cause unnecessary confusion.

We are progressively releasing these updates to improve the app experience. This means that customers may also receive the mobile updates at different times. Hence, please don’t be alarmed if you do not see the mobile update in your Google Play Store or App Store!

Users who have yet to update their mobile will receive a prompt to update their mobile app to the latest version. Updates improve the security, please update your FSM Mobile App and we hope that you enjoy the new experience, and encourage you to share your feedback with us.

Crashing, freezing, and restarting are usually signs of a software or app problem. Here are some common problems and recommendations:

Do check to see if your phone has sufficient memory or free storage space for the latest update / installation.

Remove the battery and SD card, if possible.

Update the device software to the latest version.

Open the app store, and download all app updates.

Uninstall all apps you recently downloaded or updated.

Restart your device regularly to clear memory.

Clear memory/storage regularly.

Random app problems depicted by freezing, blank prices or prices with dashes white bars are usually attributed to connectivity issues. Please close your app entirely (kill your app), then relaunch your app and try to pull down and refresh the page again. Note: Under watchlist, you may see - or dashes, E.g. when the market is closed or when the price does not have value or any changes.

Please ensure that you have enabled push notification and allowed permissions for FSM Mobile App to send you such notifications.

It could be due to the following reasons:

• Device notification setting is disabled
  For iPhone users: Go to your phone Settings > Select Notifications > Select on FSM Mobile App > turn on Allow Notifications.
  For Android users: Go to your phone Settings > Select Notifications > Select on FSM Mobile App > turn on Notifications.
• Your FSM Mobile app is deleted
• Your FSM Mobile app is not updated to the latest version
• Your mobile device is not connected to WIFI or data network
• Push notifications may not be received if you are in a low network coverage area.
• Google Services is not available in your location/supported on your device.

As this service is not available in your location/supported on this device, you will not automatically receive the push notifications. Please launch the FSM Mobile App on your device and check the notification manually.
