Scammers are constantly trying to steal your money using different methods
If you get text messages claiming to be related to the FSMOne or iFAST:
· Do not click on any links. Clicking could expose you to scams or download malware into your computer or your mobile device.
· Thereafter, you will be directed to a fake website, where you will be asked to provide your login details, account details or One-Time Passwords (OTPs).
· If you have questions about the authenticity of the message, please reach out to FSMOne official website or mobile application directly by typing https://www.fsmone.com directly in your browser.
How to assess the legitimacy of calls, email & text messages
· We do not initiate automated voice calls and our primary language of communication is English.
· We do not have links in our SMS to reactivate your account.
· All official email from FSMOne will be sent from addresses ending with "@fundsupermart.com". They will not be sent from personal email accounts such as Hotmail, Gmail, or other unfamiliar email domains.
· We also do not initiate any text messages asking you to claim a prize or to do a survey.
· Don't provide your log-in ID, password or OTPs (One-Time Passwords received via SMS) to anyone and key these into unverified webpages.
General Tips on How to Avoid Phishing Attacks
· Beware of email or websites asking you to click or reply to provide a confirmation or for your personal, financial or other sensitive information.
· Beware of misleading pop-ups. Do not click on hyperlinks, download files or open attachments unless you are sure that the source is legitimate.
· Beware of text messages asking you to claim a prize or to do a survey by following a hyperlink
· Look out for any security warnings displayed by web browsers and any security software.
What you should do if you receive such a phishing email
· To safeguard yourself, please be extra careful when you receive an unsolicited email or all other forms of communication asking you to provide confidential or personal information. Under no circumstances should you give personal information unless you have verified the authenticity of such requests.
· Check the full URL to ensure that the website is legitimate, for example:
o https://secure.fundsupermart.com/fsm/home
If you believe that your FSMOne ID has been compromised, or if you might have entered your password or other personal info on a scam website, change your FSMOne password immediately.
