FSMOne.com – Important Notice About COVID-19 (Coronavirus) & Office Renovation

The FSMOne.com office will be undergoing renovation from 26 November 2021 (Friday) to 10 December 2021 (Friday). Customers can proceed to iFAST Financial reception area on the same floor for document drop-off and/or assistance.

We will also like to reiterate the following measures to safeguard the health and well-being of both our employees and customers, while ensuring the continuity of our business operations:

  • All clients will have to make prior appointment before coming to our office. All visitors will have to check-in using TraceTogether mobile app or token before entering the office.
  • Visting iFAST/FSM office: We seek your understanding that there may be longer wait time at our office due to a result of safe distancing measures. Limits have been placed on the number of clients that can be in the office simultaneously. We seek your cooperation in complying with the safe management protocols including wearing of masks at all times and adherence to your appointment time and limit dwell time in the office.
  • Submission of documents should still be done via electronic means wherever possible. Customer who intend to submit documents at our office should also contact us first to make an appointment before coming to our office.
  • Customers who are not feeling well (running a fever higher than 37.5°C and/or showed respiratory symptoms), or had close contact with any suspected/probable/confirmed case(s) should not visit the building or office premises, and entry to the building will be denied for visitors who do not adhere to these measures.
  • Safe distancing measures are already implemented within the reception area to ensure sufficient spacing between customers.
  • Physical client events will continue to be postponed till further notice. Webinars will continue to be held for our customers.

We strongly encourage our customers to make full use of the full investment services available on our online platform to trade as per normal, and to communicate via phone/email/Livechat in order to minimise physical contact. New investors who wish to open an FSMOne.com account can continue to do so within minutes online.

The Management of FSMOne will continue to closely monitor the situation and may implement further measures to ensure the well-being of our employees and customers.
