1.       BURSA – Make your 1^st trade and enjoy free L2 Market Depth – 5 Levels*

·       The promotion lasts for 2 calendar months - for the current calendar month and the following calendar month.

·       Market data services will automatically be activated upon a successfully filled trade. If you are unable to see the market data, please re-login to your account.

How BURSA Market Data Promotion Works

Scenario A - Investor A places a trade on the 1st of November, the promotion will be activated on the 1st of November. Subsequently if Investor A does not make any trades, the promotion will expire on the 31st of December.

Scenario B - Investor B places a trade on the 29th of November, the promotion will be activated on the 29th of November. Subsequently if Investor B does not make any trades, the promotion will also expire on the 31st of December.

if Investors A and B want to have their BURSA Market Data subscription to continue on 1st Jan, they will need to place a successfully filled trade in December.

2.       HKEX – Make your 1^st trade and enjoy L1 Live Price Snap (100 Snaps) AND L2 Market Depth Snap (38 Snaps)* / Make 3 trades and enjoy L1 Live Price Streaming* (for Prestige members only)

·       For live snaps of HKEX, it will be granted when clients made the first trade during the qualifying month and have no active 1-month promotional subscription.

·       Only for Prestige members: Live streaming services will automatically be activated for 1 month upon 3 successfully filled trades for HKEX. If you are unable to see the live streaming, please re-login to your account. 

·       The Live Price Streaming promotion lasts for 1 month, starting from the eligible first trade made during each new qualifying month. The promotion will start from 16th August 2023. 

3.       US Exchanges – Make your 1^st trade and enjoy L1 Live Price Streaming – Non-Pro (1 Month Subscription)*

·       The promotion lasts for 1 month, starting from the eligible 1^st trade made during each new calendar month.

·       Live streaming services will automatically be activated for 1 month upon a successfully filled trade for US Exchanges. If you are unable to see the live streaming, please re-login to your account.

Important notes:

• For cash subscription and rewards redemption of live streaming services, you can choose to either activate it immediately or the next calendar day.
• You can use your SGD/ HKD/ USD/ MYR Cash Accounts or your Auto Sweep Account to start trading Stocks/ETFs in the respective exchanges. The process is easy and seamless! You could also benefit from our real-time and competitive foreign exchanges rates (FSM FX) by converting your cash account balances seamlessly from one currency into another.
• Towards the end of the promotional period, investors who were previously eligible for the 1-month live price streaming promotion will receive an email alert of the current promotional period expiration date.
• To continue receiving live price streaming, FSMOne customers can either:

1.       Continue to place trade(s) within the qualifying period before the expiration date to enjoy an additional month of live price promotion for HKEX & US Exchanges, and additional 2 calendar months for BURSA; or

2.       Pay for the subscription with monies in the Cash Account, or redeem the live streaming services with Rewards Points.

Terms & Conditions – HKEX live streaming promotion:
1.       The promotion starts from 16th August 2023 and will continue until further notice.

2.       Only the first stock/ ETF trade made during each new calendar month will be eligible for one month of free live streaming for HKEX.

·       Client will get L1 Live Price (100 Snaps) and L2 Market Depth (38 Snaps)

3.       Clients can utilise the price snaps after the promotional period and there is no expiry date for the snaps.

4.       Clients will only receive a maximum of L1 Live Price (100 Snaps) and L2 Market Depth (38 Snaps) for the first trade in a month, regardless of the total number of trades within a day.

5.       The accumulation of promotional Snaps capped at L1 Live Price (1000 Snaps) and L2 Market Depth (380 Snaps).

6.       Live streaming of HKEX will start immediately after successful completion of the third stock/ETF trade.
·       Client will get L1 Live Price Streaming (1 Month)

7.       Client will need to make another 3 trades within the promotional 1-month subscription to get another L1 Live Price Streaming (1 Month) on the following month.

8.       The free promotional snaps will not be granted during the continuous active 1-month subscription(s).

Terms & Conditions – US Exchanges live streaming promotion:
1.       Only the first trade made during each new calendar month will be eligible for one month of free live streaming for US exchanges.

2.       Live streaming of US exchanges will start immediately after successful completion of the respective stock/ETF trade.

3.       US Live Price: The promotion is applicable for customers who are either defined as “Non-professional User” orb“Professional User”. For more details on the terms of use and the user definitions, please refer to the “Cboe Data Services LLC (CDS)” section in our Investment Account Terms & Conditions. By default, iFAST/FSMOne will treat the subscriber (i.e. the user of market data) as a non-Professional User. If the Subscriber falls within the definition of Professional User as defined in the Investment Account Terms & Conditions, the Subscriber shall promptly notify iFAST/FSMOne of this status by completing this form before emailing it to clienthelp@fundsupermart.com, failure of which may result in applicable penalties as stated into the Investment Account Terms & Conditions. 

Terms & Conditions – BURSA Market Data promotion:
1.       Only the first trade made during each new calendar month will be eligible for 2 calendar months of free market data services on BURSA.

2.       BURSA market data will start immediately after successful completion of the first successful filled stock/ETF trade.
