*Terms and Conditions – January 2025 2.5% Cashback Promotion    

1.  The FSMOne Debit Card January 2025 2.5% Cashback Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 January 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).

2.  The Promotion is applicable to the following cards (collectively “Qualifying Cards”)

a)       FSMOne Crimson Debit Card

b)      FSMOne Black Debit Card

3.  An eligible cardmember (the “Eligible Cardmember”) is defined as an FSMOne client who is currently holding on to and has not cancelled any Qualifying Cards within the last 6 months.

4.       By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Cardmember agrees to have read, understood and be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. FSMOne reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notification.

5.       To be successfully eligible for the Promotion, the Eligible Cardmember has to fulfil these criteria:

a.       Must have an activated Qualifying Card; and

b.       Has spent using the Qualifying Card

8.       Eligible transactions are identified via their Country Codes and MCCs. These MCCs are assigned by Mastercard and/or the FSMOne Debit Card issuer and may be subject to changes at any point of time. For the avoidance of doubt, the list of category codes is not under the purview of iFAST Financial Pte Ltd (“iFAST”) and iFAST is not responsible for the category code assigned to a transaction.

11.         Cashback is calculated based on the date of the transaction in that calendar month. Cashback earned for the current month’s transactions will be credited 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the current month and reflected in your debit card/account statement.

12.         FSMOne reserves the right to reject or clawback any cashback granted or to be granted to a FSMOne Debit Card member in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of FSMOne. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.

13.         The decision of FSMOne on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and any appeal will not be entertained by FSMOne.
