Terms and Conditions: FSMOne Debit Card 1st Year Anniversary Promotion

5% Cashback* for Everyone, Everywhere:

1.       The 5% Cashback for Everyone, Everywhere Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from 1 September 2023 to 30 September 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).

2.       The Cashback Programme is applicable to the following cards (collectively “Qualifying Cards”)

a         FSMOne Crimson Debit Card

b        FSMOne Black Debit Card

3.       Eligible Cardmembers (“Cardmember”) are defined as customers who are currently holding on to FSMOne qualifying cards and have not cancelled any FSMOne Debit Card within the last 6 months.

4.       By participating in this Promotion, the clients agree that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. iFAST reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notification.

5.       To successfully be eligible for the Promotion, the client has to fulfill these criteria:

a.       Client must have an activated FSMOne Debit Card;

b.       Client has spent using the FSMOne Debit Card; and

c.       Client has made transactions locally and/ or overseas.

6.       5% cashback amount is applicable only on the first S$1,000 spending on local and/ or overseas spending of MCCs under this Promotion. Cashback on amounts spent thereafter will only receive 1% cashback. Refer here for a list of MCC exclusions.

7.       5% cashback is subject to a cap of S$50 on the first eligible S$1,000 spending in total per customer for this promotion regardless of the number of Qualifying Cards registered under the customer's FSMOne account(s).

8.       Eligible Transactions are identified via their Merchant Category Codes (“MCCs”). These MCCs are assigned by Mastercard and/or the FSMOne Debit Card issuer, and may be subject to changes at any point of time.. For the avoidance of doubt, the list of category codes is not under the purview of iFAST Financial Pte Ltd (“iFAST”) and iFAST is not responsible for the category code assigned to a transaction.

9.       Cashback is calculated based on the date of transaction in that calendar month. Cashback earned for the current month’s transactions will be credited 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the current month and reflected in your debit card/account statement.

10.   iFAST reserves the right to reject or clawback any cashback granted or to be granted to a FSMOne Debit Card cardholder in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of FSMOne.com. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party’s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.

S$10 Welcome* for New Users

1.       Promotion is valid from 1 September 2023 to 30 September for new-to FSMOne Debit Card members.

2.       Eligible New-to FSM Cardmembers (“New Cardmembers”) are defined as customers who meet all the following conditions during the Promotional Period:

a.       Have applied for a new and approved FSMOne Debit Card from 1 September 2023 onwards;

b.       Currently not holding on to any FSMOne Debit Card;

c.       Have not cancelled any FSMOne Debit Card within the last 6 months;

d.       Have made at least one eligible transaction using the FSMOne Debit Card during the Promotional Period; and

e.       Have ensured that the FSMOne account and debit card are both active (not cancelled, terminated, closed or blocked) at the point of Cash Account crediting.

3.       S$10 Cash Account credits will be credited 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the promotion period.

4.       iFAST reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute any of the rewards with any other item of a similar value and further reserves the right to do so without reference to the Cardmember.

5.       By participating in this Promotion, the clients agree that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. iFAST reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notification.
