Investment Objective
The investment seeks to reflect the performance of the value of a bitcoin as represented by the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate – New York Variant, less the Trust’s liabilities and expenses. In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Trust will hold bitcoin and will value its Shares daily based on the value of bitcoin as reflected by the index, which is an independently calculated value based on an aggregation of executed trade flow of major bitcoin spot exchanges.
