The investment seeks to provide investment results that,before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index that tracks theperformance of large capitalization equity securities of non-financial companies listed on a U.S. exchange. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes) in the securities comprising the index it seeks to track. The fund is non-diversified.
