The investment seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to the price performance of Canton Coin (“CC”). Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in CC and other instruments that provide exposure to or produce returns consistent with the price performance of CC. The fund is non-diversified.
