Prior to its applicable Par Call Date for the 2028 Notes, the 2031 Notes, the 2051 Notes and the 2061 Notes, we may redeem such series of notes at our option, at any time in whole or from time to time in part, at a redemption price as calculated by us, equal to the greater of:

• 100% of the principal amount of the notes being redeemed; or

• the sum of the present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest on the notes being redeemed (assuming, in the case of the 2028 Notes, the 2031 Notes, the 2051 Notes and the 2061 Notes, that such notes matured on their applicable Par Call Date (as defined below)), exclusive of interest accrued to, but excluding, the date of redemption, discounted to the date of redemption on a semi-annual basis (assuming a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months) at a rate equal to the sum of the applicable Treasury Rate (as defined below) plus 10 basis points in the case of the 2028 Notes, plus 10 basis points in the case of the 2031 Notes, plus 12.5 basis points in the case of the 2051 Notes and plus 15 basis points in the case of the 2061 Notes.

“Par Call Date” means (i) with respect to the 2028 Notes, June 5, 2028 (two months prior to the maturity date of such notes), (ii) with respect to the 2031 Notes, May 5, 2031 (three months prior to the maturity date of such notes), (iii) with respect to the 2051 Notes, February 5, 2051 (six months prior to the maturity date of such notes) and (iv) with respect to the 2061 Notes, February 5, 2061 (six months prior to the maturity date of such notes).
On or after its applicable Par Call Date, we may redeem the 2028 Notes, the 2031 Notes, the 2051 Notes and the 2061 Notes at our option, at any time in whole or from time to time in part, at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the notes being redeemed.

“Par Call Date” means (i) with respect to the 2028 Notes, June 5, 2028 (two months prior to the maturity date of such notes), (ii) with respect to the 2031 Notes, May 5, 2031 (three months prior to the maturity date of such notes), (iii) with respect to the 2051 Notes, February 5, 2051 (six months prior to the maturity date of such notes) and (iv) with respect to the 2061 Notes, February 5, 2061 (six months prior to the maturity date of such notes).
