First Half 2026 Was Fabulous – Here's How We're Investing for the Second Half of 2026

Once again, the first half of the year has flown by in the blink of an eye. How did your first six months go? Investors in the Korean market, Asian semiconductor, memory, and AI stocks, and SG banks will be smiling widely even in their dreams. Speaking of dreams — for most hardcore soccer fans and punters, it's time to return to a normal sleep schedule and bid farewell to those 3am World Cup matches. Congratulations to Spain on their second World Cup victory — the first in 2010, and now in 2026.

To everyone who came out to support our FSM ETFestival x Mid-Year Review, it was a pleasure having you at the event. We hope you enjoyed the presentations and the chance to interact in person with our FSM staff, research team, and representatives from our fund house partners.

Our research team has put in tremendous effort curating this year's best-in-class recommended ETF list — you can find the link to the 2026/2027 booklet here. They've also written an in-depth article on the investment outlook for the second half of the year. For those short on time (or simply not in the mood for a lengthy read), I've done you a favour and summarised the key takeaways below.
